BUSINESS HOURS:

ORDERS ARE SHIPPED OUT MONDAY/ WEDNESDAY/ FRIDAY

Thursday, Friday, and Saturday = DROP OFF DAYS

Monday through Friday Pickup hours are 8AM - 9PM

Saturday - Sunday Pickup hours are 8AM - 8PM

THURSDAY - SATURDAY Delivery hours are 10AM - 4PM

NO DELIVERIES SUNDAY THROUGH WEDNESDAY ! DELIVERIES ON THURSDAY START @ 10AM

ANY TIME BEFORE OR AFTER  WE WILL NOT BE HANDLING ANY BUSINESS INQUIRIES.  

PRODUCT QUESTIONS:

Are the products on hand?

  • Yes all of the products that are in stock are kept on hand.
  • The only time we do not have product on hand is when they are out of stock.

ALL of our products are cruelty free and can be reused up to 30x. If you ever have a problem with any of our products please email us at BRYXXCOLLECTION@YAHOO.COM We check our emails multiple times a day so we will definitely get back to you within a 24 hour period.

RESTOCKS TAKE PLACE ABOUT EVERY WEEK, THE MOST IT CAN TAKE TO RESTOCK IS TWO WEEKS. JOIN OUR EMAIL LIST TO BE NOTIFIED WHEN PRODUCTS ARE RESTOCKED.

SHIPPING POLICY

WE SHIP ORDERS OUT MONDAY / WEDNESDAY / FRIDAY

Please allow 1 - 3 business days for orders to be processed although most items go out immediatley, it may vary in different situations.

Due to issues with USPS there could be a delay in how fast your order may get to you. Orders usually take up to 3 - 5 business days, however if shipment takes any longer please make a call to your local USPS with your tracking number. 

Confirmation emails are sent out after every order is placed and you will also receive an email when your shipment is shipped. 

In that email ( Shipping Confirmation) will be your:

  • Items in your order
  • Tracking Number
  • Order number

How do I track my order?

  • Once your order has been shipped, you should receive a tracking number via email or text message. Please be patient.

 

My tracking number shows delivered but I can’t locate my order, what do I do?

  • Contact your local USPS immediately. Once your package leaves the fulfillment center, the carrier that was decided on at checkout holds full liability of the package. The Bryxx Collection is not responsible for lost, missing, stolen, or damaged packages.

PickUp/ Delivery Policy Questions:

  • Pickup & Delivery is only available to Las Vegas, NV residents.
  •  DELIVERY THURSDAY, FRIDAY, SATURDAY 10:00AM up until 4:00pm
  • (PICKUP ONLY) Monday through SUNDAY anytime after 9:30am up until 8:00pm
  • You will be emailed a time or DM’d a time for you to pick up your order.
  • Please allow at least 2-3HOURS processing time for you to receive a ready for pickup email. If you want to pickup fast , I suggest ordering before needed.
  • Delivery : Deliveries are only available SATURDAY & SUNDAY - You’re notified when your delivery is on the way, 5 minutes away, and has arrived. You have 5 minutes to come out or your delivery will be moved to another day or pickup option. 

 

Returns and Exchange Policy: 

Can I return/refund/exchange products?

thebryxxcollection has a very strict no returns policy. 

REFUND/EXCHANGE POLICY:

- IF the products you receive are damaged in any way please email us @ bryxxcollection@yahoo.com IMMEDIATELY and we will either refund you the money or we can exchange the products for better quality ones. The choice will be yours. 

^ PICTURES MUST BE SENT IN OF PROOF. LASHES CAN NOT HAVE ANY INDICATION THAT THEY HAD BEEN WORN BEFORE ISSUE CAME OUT. 

^ ONCE LASHES ARE SENT OUT WE ARE NOT AT FAULT FOR LOST ITEMS

If you’ve entered an incorrect address at checkout, notify us immediately as you will have to pay shipping charges to correct any address mistakes IF there is any. We do not offer refunds or new products if your package is sent to the incorrect address you provided us with. 

Once a package leaves the fulfillment center the carrier is now responsible for the package.
