MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY = DROP OFF DAYS
Wednesday through Friday hours are 6:30AM - 8:30PM
Saturday - Sunday hours are 7:00AM - 2:00PM
ANY TIME AFTER WE WILL NOT BE HANDLING ANY BUSINESS INQUIRIES. BUSINESS WILL RESUME MONDAY @9:00AM
Are the products on hand?
- Yes all of the products that are in stock are kept on hand.
- The only time we do not have product on hand is when they are out of stock.
When will you restock products?
- Product restock can take up to 1-2 weeks but we will try to keep all products on hand

ALL of our products are cruelty free and can be reused up to 30x. If you ever have a problem with any of our products please email us at - firstname.lastname@example.org We check our emails multiple times a day so we will definitely get back to you within a 24 hour period.
When will my order ship out?
- We ship through USPS. Priority Shipping ( Out of state ) takes about 3-5 business days. . Priority Shipping ( In State ) takes about 1-2 business days.
- Please note that there is a 2-3 business day order processing time period before they are shipped out. This does not include weekends or holidays.
- Orders are shipped out every Friday.
How do I track my order?
- Once your order has been shipped, you should receive a tracking number via email or text message. Please be patient.
My tracking number shows delivered but I can’t locate my order, what do I do?
- Contact your local USPS immediately. Once your package leaves the fulfillment center, the carrier that was decided on at checkout holds full liability of the package. The Bryxx Collection is not responsible for lost, missing, stolen, or damaged packages.
PickUp/ Delivery Policy Questions:
- Pickup & Delivery is only available to Las Vegas, NV residents.
- MONDAY any time after 9:00AM
- TUESDAY -SUNDAY anytime after 4:00pm
- You will be emailed a time or DM’d a time for you to pick up your order.
- Please allow at least 2-3HOURS processing time for you to receive a ready for pickup email.
- Delivery : You’re notified when your delivery is on the way, 5 minutes away, and has arrived. You have 5 minutes to come out or your delivery will be moved to another day or pickup option.
Returns and Exchange Policy:
Can I return/refund/exchange products?
thebryxxcollection has a very strict no returns policy.
- IF the products you receive are damaged in any way please email us @ email@example.com IMMEDIATELY and we will either refund you the money or we can exchange the products for better quality ones. The choice will be yours.
If you’ve entered an incorrect address at checkout, notify us immediately as you will have to pay shipping charges to correct any address mistakes. We do not offer refunds or new products if your package is sent to the incorrect address you provided us with.
Once a package leaves the fulfillment center the carrier is now responsible for the package.
